Would you like to enjoy a movie of your choice with friends, colleagues, or family in a cozy mountain cinema? We offer private screenings at the cinema in the Hořec Center in Malá Úpa – in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains, just a few steps from the ski slope and the Trautenberk Brewery.

Whether you are planning a birthday party, a company evening, a school trip, or just want to enjoy a movie with a group of friends, the private cinema on demand is just right for you.

What we offer:

  • Private screenings of movies of your choice
  • New premieres and films from the archive
  • Comfortable seating and mountain atmosphere
  • Refreshments available at the Hořec Café right next to the hall – yes, we have popcorn!
  • Suitable for birthday parties, school trips, or corporate events

How to book a screening:

  • Main season (June–August, December–March): book at least 24 hours in advance
  • Off-season (April–May, September–November): book at least 3 days in advance

Private screenings are only possible during times when there are no public film screenings.

Price:

  • Admission per person: 150 CZK
  • Minimum price for screening: 2,250 CZK
    (corresponds to 15 paying persons – applies even to smaller groups)

  • Sound system: Dolby Surround 7.1 for top quality sound.
  • Display: HD quality in compliance with DCI standards for both image and sound.
  • Screen: 5.4 x 2.5 m

Additional equipment

  • Independent equipment including a set of up to 3 microphones for speakers.
  • Hall capacity: Retractable tribune with 50 seats and up to 150 standing places.

Catering

  • We can prepare coffee breaks and refreshments for your guests exactly as you wish.
