Come and enjoy a traditional winter event with a historical twist! The historic sled race brings joy to both participants and spectators. What can you look forward to?
- 🛷 Downhill on historic wooden sleds (rohačky)

- 🪚 Log sawing with a two-man saw
- 👗 Best historical team costume contest
The atmosphere will be enriched by music, Krkonoše delicacies, and authentic historical costumes. The race track, inspired by the old route from Malá Úpa to Kowary, was created thanks to forester Josef Tylš, who wanted to revive traditional timber sled runs. Rohačky, once essential for mountain folk, have become a symbol of winter joy and sport.
