ACCOMMODATION GUIDELINES – CHALET MILADA
Your stay in Malá Úpa is coming soon… here are the accommodation and parking instructions.
We hope you enjoy your stay. To ensure everything goes smoothly, please read the following points carefully:
Check-in: during high season from 16:00, off-season by arrangement.
Key handover and payment: You will collect the keys at the reception of Apartmány Sport, along with permits to enter Malá Úpa up to the property (valid from spring to winter).
Please arrange your arrival time in advance with the Apartmány Sport reception: recepce@skimu.cz or +420499111024 / +420734233166.
If you have paid only a deposit, please pay the remaining balance at the Apartmány Sport reception plus a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000.
Parking
SUMMER – parking by Milada
WINTER – all vehicles park at the paid central car park P1. In winter, you cannot drive to the chalet. To transport people and luggage, please order a transfer. We recommend packing a shovel and a headlamp/flashlight (it gets dark early).
Practical info – What to know at Milada
WIFI: Milada, password: Chaletmilada2024
Locking up: always lock the chalet when you leave.
Heating: remotely set to 22–23 °C
Waste: we sort recycling. Bins and spare bags are in the kitchen. Do not leave full bags outside – they attract wildlife. (You can use the woodshed to the left of the entrance door)
Please take off your outdoor shoes.
Grill: a grill and fire pit are available; wood is on site, please bring your own briquettes/charcoal. (The grill is available in summer months only)
No pets allowed.
Sauna: controlled by two buttons (light/heat), heating up takes approx. 1 hour.
No smoking anywhere in the property.
Damage: please report at the Apartmány Sport reception.
Check-out: by 10:00, no late check-out possible. On departure day, please wait for reception staff to arrive – there will be a joint inspection and handover.
