Your stay in Malá Úpa is coming up… here are your accommodation and parking guidelines.

We hope you enjoy your stay. To keep things smooth, please read these key points:

Check-in: from 16:00 in high season; other dates by arrangement

Keys & payment: Collect your keys at the Apartments Sport reception together with the guest card, the energy form (energy settled on departure) and permits to drive to the chalet in Malá Úpa.

If you paid only a deposit, pay the remaining balance at the Apartments Sport reception + a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000.

Parking

SUMMER – 5 parking spaces are available at Hanačka; other vehicles must use the paid central car park P1.

WINTER – all vehicles must use the paid central car park P1. Driving to the chalet in winter is not possible. Please order transport for people and luggage. We recommend bringing a shovel and a torch/headlamp (it gets dark early).

House rules – How things work at Hanačka

WIFI: Skimu Free (no password)

Locking: always lock the chalet when leaving!

Heating: tiled stove; details provided by staff when handing over the keys.

Waste: we separate waste; sorting bins are in the kitchen. Do not leave full bags outside – they attract wildlife.

Footwear: please change into indoor shoes.

Grill: grill and fire pit available; wood on site, bring your own briquettes/charcoal.

Pets: wipe paws, use your own pet bed, do not leave pets unattended.

Sauna: controlled via tablet, access with room code, heating approx. 1 hour.

No smoking throughout the building.

Damage: report via the Apartments Sport reception.

Check-out: by 10:00, no extensions. On departure day, wait for reception staff – there will be a joint inspection and handover.
