Your stay in Malá Úpa is approaching... here are instructions for accommodation and parking.

We believe that you will enjoy your stay in Malá Úpa, and to ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have prepared a few important points that you will need to know:

Check-in: during prime season from 4 p.m., at other times by agreement.

Key handover and payment: Keys can be collected at the reception desk at Apartments Sport, along with your accommodation card, energy form (energy is paid upon departure), and permits for entry into Malá Úpa to the property.

Please arrange your arrival time in advance at the reception desk of Apartments Sport, recepce@skimu.cz or +420 499 111 024.

If you have paid only a deposit, you are required to pay the remaining amount at the reception desk at Apartmány Sport + a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000.

Parking

SUMMER – There are 5 parking spaces available at Hanačka; other vehicles must park at the paid central parking lot P1.

WINTER – All vehicles must be parked in the paid central parking lot P1. In winter, it is not possible to drive to the cottage by car. Please use the transport service to transport your belongings and people.

Operational information

WIFI: Skimu Free without password

Lock up: When you leave, make sure to lock up the cottage!

Heating: There is a tiled stove. For more information about heating, please ask the staff when they hand over the keys to Hanačka.

Garbage: We sort it, and the bins for sorted waste are in the kitchen. Don't leave full bags outside—they make animals come around.

Please use slippers.

Barbecue: barbecue and fire pit available, wood is provided, please bring your own briquettes or charcoal.

Pets: wipe their paws, use their bed, do not leave animals unsupervised.

Sauna: controlled via tablet, access via room code, heating time approx. 1 hour.

No smoking throughout the entire building.

Damages: report them at the reception desk of Apartments Sport and follow the instructions.

Check-out: by 10 a.m., no extensions possible.
