Your stay in Malá Úpa is approaching... here are instructions for accommodation and parking.

We believe that you will enjoy your stay in Malá Úpa, and to ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have prepared a few operational points that you will need to know:

Check-in: during prime season from 4 p.m., at other times by prior arrangement.

Key handover and payment: Keys can be collected at the reception of Apartments Sport along with the accommodation book and permits for entry to Malá Úpa to the facility.

If you have paid a deposit, you will need to pay the remaining amount at the reception desk at Apartments Sport + along with a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000.

Parking

SUMMER – at Krajánek there are 5 parking spaces available, other vehicles must park at the paid central parking lot P1 or at the Spálený Mlýn parking lot.

WINTER – all vehicles must park at the paid central parking lot P1 or at the Spálený Mlýn parking lot. In winter it is not possible to drive to the cottage. Use the transport booking service to transport belongings and people.

Operating information

Locking up – when leaving, please lock the cottage!

The heating is set to 21°C – you can lower or raise the temperature using the thermostatic head.

Garbage – throughout Malá Úpa, we strive to be environmentally friendly, and we believe that you share this philosophy. You will find recycling bins in the kitchen, along with replacement bags. Please do not leave full bags outside, as this may attract wildlife.

Please use slippers.

Grill – there is a barbecue and a fireplace available, wood is provided, but you will need to bring your own briquettes or charcoal.

Pets – wipe their paws, use their pet bed, and keep in mind that the cottage is meant to be used by other guests. Please do not leave pets unsupervised.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility.

In the eventuality of damage occurring, it is mandatory to report the incident to the owner – please contact the reception desk at Apartments Sport and follow the instructions provided by the staff member.

Check-out: by 10am, extension is not possible.
