Arrival in Malá Úpa and parking

Winter equipment is mandatory in the Krkonoše (winter tires, chains are not required)

The last 12 km before arrival the road is only plowed. No salt is used! Winter tires and careful driving are sufficient for arrival in Malá Úpa.

Parking is FREE for guests! (on arrival on the right side at the entrance to the Apartments)

Procedure: Enter the P1 parking lot (Apartments Sport), exchange the parking ticket from the machine at reception for a plastic card, which you return when leaving. The plastic parking card requires a deposit of 200 CZK.

When you leave, drive out through the gate and return your parking card to the reception desk.

There is no grocery store in Malá Úpa. We recommend purchasing supplies on the way to the mountains.

Instructions for accommodation in Apartments Sport

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and throughout the entire Sport Center facility!

- The heating in the apartments is centrally set to a specific temperature. If the radiators are cold, it means that the temperature has reached the desired level and the heating system has switched off. The temperature in the apartments is around 22 °C.

- The price of the stay includes bed linen + bath towels, hand towels, final cleaning, and all recreational fees.

- Use as many sets of bedding as you have paid for. If you use additional bedding, a fee of 150 CZK will be charged.

- Before leaving, run the dishwasher with the dishes. This will help us prepare the apartment for the next guests. Thank you.

- Do not move furniture or items between apartments. If you must do so, please return everything to its original place before departure, including dishes.

- On the day of departure – check-out 9:00 - 10:00

- To maintain cleanliness and comfort, please take off your shoes in the apartment and place them in the shoe rack (this will keep the carpets dry), do not dry clothes and shoes on radiators, but on the hanger behind the entrance door, use the waste bins for sorted waste (paper, plastic, cardboard boxes, glass), and do not leave children unsupervised in the facility.

- Refreshments can only be paid for in cash at the bar (drinks, coffee, beer, etc.)

- Accommodation and rental of sports facilities can be paid by card.

- Please respect quiet hours in the entire building from 22:00 – 6:00.

- There is no grocery shop in Malá Úpa.
