Your winter holiday in Malá Úpa is approaching… we’re sending you instructions for accommodation and parking.

Arrival in Malá Úpa and parking

In the Krkonoše Mountains, winter equipment is mandatory (winter tyres; snow chains are not required)

The last 12 km before arrival, the road is only ploughed. It is not salted! To reach Malá Úpa, winter tyres and careful driving are sufficient.

Check-in: 16:00–18:00 (please report a later check-in to reception in advance)

Parking is FREE for accommodated guests! (upon arrival on the right-hand side by the entrance to the Apartments)

Procedure: Drive into car park P1 (Apartmány Sport). Exchange the parking ticket from the machine at reception for a plastic card, which you will return when leaving. The plastic parking card requires a refundable deposit of 200 Kč.

When leaving, drive out through the gate and return the parking card at reception.

There is no grocery shop in Malá Úpa. We recommend doing your shopping on the way to the mountains.

Accommodation instructions for Apartmány Sport

In the Apartments and throughout the Sport Centre building there is a no-smoking policy!!

- Heating in the apartments is centrally set to a certain temperature. If the radiators feel cool, it means the temperature has reached the desired level and the heating system has switched off. The apartment temperature is around 22 °C.

- The stay price includes bed linen + bath sheets, towels and final cleaning, as well as all local recreational fees.

- Use only as many sets of bed linen as the number of guests you have paid for. If additional bed linen is used, a fee of 150 Kč will be charged.

- Before departure, please run the dishwasher. This will help us prepare the apartment for the next guests. Thank you.

- Do not move furniture or individual items between apartments. If you have to, please return everything to its original place before departure, including dishes.

- On the day of departure – check-out 9:00–10:00

- To keep things clean and comfortable, please take off your shoes in the apartment and place them in the shoe rack (carpets will stay dry), do not dry clothes and shoes on radiators but on the hanger behind the entrance door, use the bins for sorted waste (paper, plastic, cardboard boxes, glass), and do not leave children unattended in the building

- At the bar, refreshments can be paid for in cash only. (drinks, coffee, beer and more)

- Accommodation and sports facilities rental can be paid by card.

- Please observe quiet hours throughout the building between 22:00–6:00.

- there is no grocery shop in Malá Úpa.
