Arrival to Malá Úpa and Parking

Check in: 4:00-6:00 pm (for later check-in, please notify the reception in advance)

Parking is FREE for guests! (upon arrival on the right side at the entrance to the Apartments)

Procedure: Enter the P1 parking lot (Apartments Sport), exchange the ticket from the machine at reception for a plastic card, which you will return when leaving. The plastic parking card requires a deposit of 200 CZK.

When leaving, you drive out through the gate and return the parking card at the reception.

There is no grocery store in Malá Úpa. We recommend shopping on your way to the mountains.

Accommodation Instructions for Apartments Sport

Smoking is prohibited in the Apartments and the entire Sport Centre!

- Heating in the apartments is set centrally to a certain temperature. If the radiators are cold, it means the desired temperature has been reached and the heating system has turned off. The temperature in the apartments is around 22°C.

- Summer is summer, but in the mountains it can get cold. We recommend packing socks and a warm sweatshirt. :)

- The price of the stay includes bed linen + bath towels, towels and final cleaning, all recreation fees.

- Use as much bedding as you have paid for. If you use extra bedding, a charge of 150 CZK will be added.

- Do NOT run the dishwasher with dishes before departure.

- Do not move furniture or items between apartments. If you need to do so, please return everything to its original place before departure, including dishes.

- On the day of departure - check-out 9:00 - 10:00 (free parking ends at 10:00)

- To maintain cleanliness and comfort, take off your shoes and put them in the shoe cabinet (carpets will remain dry), do not dry clothes and shoes on radiators but on the hanger behind the entrance door, use bins for sorted waste (paper, plastic, cardboard boxes, glass), do not leave children unattended.

- Refreshments at the bar can be paid for in cash only. (drinks, coffee, beer, etc.)

- Accommodation and rental of sports facilities can be paid by card.

- Night quiet hours in the entire building 10:00 pm – 6:00 am.

- There is no grocery store in Malá Úpa.
