Your summer stay in Malá Úpa is approaching... here are instructions for accommodation and parking.

Arrival to Malá Úpa and Parking

Check-in: 4-6 p.m. (please notify reception in advance if you plan to check in later)

Parking is FREE for guests! (located on the right side of the entrance to the apartments upon arrival.

Procedure: Drive into parking lot P1 (Apartmány Sport), exchange your parking ticket from the machine at the reception desk for a plastic card, which you will return upon departure. The plastic parking card has a deposit of CZK 200.

When departing, drive out through the gate and return the parking card to the reception desk.

There is no grocery store in Malá Úpa. We recommend buying groceries on your way to the mountains.

Accommodation Instructions for Apartments Sport

Smoking is prohibited in the Apartments and throughout the entire Sport Center facilities.

- The heating in the apartments is centrally set to a specific temperature. If the radiators are cold, it means that the temperature has reached the desired level and the heating system has switched off. The temperature in the apartments is around 22 °C.

- Summer is summer, but summer in the mountains can sometimes bring unpredictable temperatures. It's best to bring socks and a warm hoodie :)

- The price includes bedding + towels, bath towels and final cleaning, all recreational fees.

- Use as many sets of bedding as you have paid for. If you use additional bedding, a fee of 150 CZK will be charged.

- Do not run the dishwasher before leaving.

- Do not move furniture or items between apartments. If you must do so, please return everything to its original place before departure, including dishes.

- On the day of departure – check-out 9:00 - 10:00 (free parking ends at 10:00)

- To maintain cleanliness and comfort, please take off your shoes in the apartment and place them in the shoe rack (this will keep the carpets dry), do not dry clothes and shoes on radiators, but on the hanger behind the entrance door, use the waste bins for sorted waste (paper, plastic, cardboard boxes, glass), and do not leave children unsupervised in the facility.

- Refreshments can only be paid for in cash at the bar (drinks, coffee, beer, etc.)

- Accommodation and sports facilities can be paid by card.

- Please respect quiet hours in the entire building from 22:00 – 6:00.

- There is no grocery store in Malá Úpa.
