Your stay in Malá Úpa is approaching... here are instructions for accommodation and parking.

We believe that you will enjoy your stay in Malá Úpa, and to ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have prepared a few operational points that you will need to know:

Check in: during prime season from 4 p.m., at other times by prior arrangement

Key handover and payment: Keys can be picked up at the reception of Apartments Sport with the accommodation card, energy consumption form (energy is paid at departure), and permits for entry to Malá Úpa to the facility.

If you have paid a deposit, the remaining amount is payable at the reception desk at Apartments Sport + Refundable deposit: CZK 5,000.

Parking

SUMMER - there are 5 parking spaces available at Studánka; other vehicles have to park at the paid central parking lot P1.

WINTER - all vehicles must be parked in the paid central parking lot P1. In winter, it is not possible to drive to the log cabin. Please use the transport service to transport your belongings and other persons.

Operating information

WIFI: Information on the noticeboard at Studánka

Locking - it is necessary to lock up when leaving.

Heating - the temperature is set to 21°C - you can lower or raise the temperature using the thermostat.

Garbage – in Malá Úpa, we strive to be environmentally friendly and believe that you share this philosophy. You will find recycling bins in the kitchen along with replacement bags. Please do not leave full bags outside, as they may attract wildlife.

Please use slippers.

Grill - a barbecue and fire pit are available, wood is provided, but you will need to bring your own briquettes or charcoal for the barbecue.

Pets - wipe your pets' paws, use their bedding, and keep in mind that the cottage is meant to serve other customers. Do not leave pets unsupervised.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility.

In the event of damage, you are required to report it to the owner – contact the reception desk at Apartments Sport and follow the instructions of the staff member.
