Your stay in Malá Úpa is approaching… here are the accommodation and parking guidelines.

We hope you’ll enjoy your stay. To keep things smooth, please note the following:

Check-in: from 16:00 in peak season; off-season by arrangement

Keys & payment: Collect keys at the Apartments Sport reception together with the registration card, energy form and entry permits for driving into Malá Úpa to the chalet.

If you paid only a deposit, please settle the balance at the Apartments Sport reception plus a refundable deposit of 5,000 CZK.

Parking

SUMMER – U Studánky has 5 parking spaces; other vehicles must use the paid central car park P1.

WINTER – all vehicles must use the paid central car park P1. Driving to the chalet is not possible in winter. For people and luggage, please book the snow transport. We recommend bringing a shovel and a torch/headlamp (it gets dark early, which helps with arrival and loading).

House rules – how things work at U Studánky

WIFI: Information on the notice board at the chalet.

Locking: always lock the chalet when leaving.

Heating: set to 21 °C – adjust with the thermostatic head.

Waste: we sort rubbish. Bins and spare bags are in the kitchen. Do not leave full bags outside – they attract wildlife.

Please change into indoor shoes.

Barbecue: grill and fire ring available; wood is on site, bring your own briquettes/charcoal.

Pets: wipe paws, use your pet’s own bed, do not leave animals unattended.

No smoking anywhere inside the chalet.

Damages: please report to the Apartments Sport reception.

Check-out: by 10:00, no extensions. On departure day, wait for reception staff – a joint inspection and handover will take place.
