To make your ski course exactly as you imagine, you can freely combine the services:

1. Ski passes with discounts up to 60%

3. Ski instructor for 2,000 CZK/day (max 10 pupils/students)

BENEFITS AND FREE SERVICES:

• Up to a 6-day ski pass at a favorable price.
• For every 10 pupils, 1 instructor gets a ski pass FREE.
• Alternating ski pass option – allows two pupils or students to alternate.
• Ski equipment depot for the whole group at Centrum Hořec FREE (reservation required)
• Ice skating for the whole group FREE (once per stay, reservation required)
• Slalom slope (must be booked in advance) FREE
• “Races” service FREE (pre-printed diplomas, loan of slalom poles and race bibs, or the option to use the slalom slope). Award ceremony possible in the cinema hall at Centrum Hořec.
• Cinema hall rental – option to rent the cinema hall with any film selection; price depends on the number of pupils and the choice of film or content (must be booked and arranged in advance)

CONDITIONS:

• Min. 10 pupils.
• The school must be accommodated with a Partner of the Ski Area
• The reservation includes agreement to the terms and conditions, non-transferability of ski passes. In case of misuse, ski passes for the entire group will be blocked. Not applicable to the Alternating pass.

ATTENTION!

• Even if the number of persons changes after the invoice has been paid, the amount for those who do not attend the ski course will be refunded.
• When booking the ski course, the number of persons is indicative only; 7 days before arrival you will be asked to confirm the number of persons and you will be issued an invoice for payment. A change in the number of persons after payment of the invoice is also possible. You will only pay for the persons who actually participate in the ski course.
• Refunds are processed via a claim. This situation cannot be handled at the area cash desks. Only via the claim form on our website www.skimu.cz
• Payment for the ski course is only possible by bank transfer; after payment you will receive the final order with a QR code to collect chip cards (ski passes), instructions for collecting ski equipment, and information about cooperation with the instructor.

HOW TO DO IT?

• Ordering Lyžák bez starostí is done online at eshop.skimu.cz

ORDER PROCESS:

1. Create an account in our e-shop eshop.skimu.cz (if you don’t have one from last year)
2. Fill in the order form
3. Complete the order
4. 7 days before arrival in our e-shop:
   • Confirm the number of persons in your order and then you will receive an invoice for payment.
   • Send the list of students (to info@skimu.cz)
   • After payment you will receive a QR code to collect chip cards and instructions on how to collect ski equipment and instructions for ski lessons with the instructor (if you ordered these services).
5. Change in the number of pupils on the day of arrival
   • You pay for the actual number of pupils/students!
   • Even if the number of persons changes, it is possible to submit a claim using the claim form; a credit note will be issued and the amount for the ordered services will be refunded to the account.
   • Claims cannot be handled at the area cash desks.
