To redeem discounts, you must present the Customer Card at the venues. The card is stored in your customer account at eshop.skimu.cz in the family. section. The card can be downloaded to your phone as an image or added to Apple Wallet.

How to get the Skimu Pack?

Purchase the Skimu Pack in three price levels:

Online purchase at least 7 days before skiing - skiing from 484,-/person/day (a family of four for a week of skiing), save up to 3,070,-
Online purchase until midnight before skiing - skiing from 539,-/person/day (a family of four for a week of skiing), save up to 1,540,-
Purchase at the ticket office - skiing from 594,-/day (a family of four for a week of skiing). When purchasing at the ticket office, it is necessary to fill in a form (available from a Skimu Partner)

NEW! A ski pass for a child under 6 (born in 2020 and younger) cannot be purchased separately. The price of the ski pass for a child under 6 is 100,- Kč only in the 1+1 package (adult + child). Valid for all time-based ski passes and family packages. The ski pass must be purchased as a package at the ticket office, in the sKiosek or on the eshop. The ski pass cannot be purchased separately!

Ski passes are non-transferable to another person. In case of violation, the entire Skimu Pack Family Package will be blocked.

This is a purchase of a ski pass for multiple consecutive days.

Purchase steps:

Simply on our eshop choose the option you are looking for and make an online payment via the payment gateway the eshop will direct you to. You will receive a purchase confirmation with a QR code by email.

Scan the QR code at the sKiosek 24/7 and pick up your ski passes.

If you have chip cards from previous skiing, enter them during purchase and you can hit the slopes immediately after arriving in Malá Úpa.

2. Online purchase until 24:00 before skiing (Skimu Partner):

A better-value purchase, skiing from 539,-/person/day (family of four for 7 days), save up to 1.540,- Kč

Upon arrival at your accommodation provider, ask them or visit our eshop. Choose the Skimu Pack package. Pick up chip cards at the sKiosek 24/7.

With this purchase, you also avoid queues at the ticket offices and you can go straight to skiing in the morning!

3. Purchase at the resort ticket offices:

Skiing from 594,-/person/day (family of four for 7 days).

To purchase at the ticket office, it is necessary to fill in a form and please have identity documents ready (health insurance cards for children). The form is available from your accommodation provider (Skimu Partner)

Hořec Centre, at the entrance to the Rental, towards the Trautenberk slope (Horní Malá Úpa 112, opposite the Infocentre), available 24/7
U Kostela, lower station of the U Kostela 1000 lift, rental building, available 24/7

We recommend picking up the cards at the sKiosek upon arrival and before checking in with your Skimu Partner, so you don’t waste time in the queue the next morning.
