We know organising ski courses isn’t easy, so we’re giving you a helping hand and simplifying the whole preparation process. We have prepared a special offer for ski courses in Malá Úpa. Compared to previous years, we’re adding more services – ski equipment rental and arranging instructors for the whole group.

1. LYŽÁK SKI PASSES
Ski pass prices apply to all packages. Prices are valid for the 2025/2026 winter season

* The alternating ski pass allows two pupils or students to alternate. The monitoring system stores two persons. In case of misuse, the ski pass will be blocked.
If you want fewer skiing days, the current price list applies + one teacher per 10 pupils/students free
2. LYŽÁK SKI PASSES + SKI RENTAL
To make your departure for the trip easier, we’ve prepared favourable ski equipment rental. You’ll avoid demanding packing, loading into the bus, etc.
The rental set includes: skis, ski boots, poles, helmet and MACHINE SET-UP WITH CERTIFICATION (insurers require a set-up certificate in case of a claim).
Price for renting a ski set with a 30% discount (you can also rent individual items with a 30% discount) Rental of a ski set with 30% off from 658 Kč for 5 days.
It’s not required that the whole group rent equipment. Only some pupils/students may use the service.
After placing the order you’ll receive a discount code for our rental. The code will be the same for the whole group and valid for the number of ordered ski passes. Each parent makes a reservation of the ski set, or the teacher can do it collectively, at rezervace.skimu.cz/rent
The discount code is applied in the last step before payment.
For better comfort, we recommend ordering online at least 3 days before the course starts.
With the alternating pass variant, pupils can alternate both the ski pass and the equipment if the same set suits them. Otherwise, renting an additional set is necessary.
3. LYŽÁK SKI PASSES + SKI RENTAL + GROUP INSTRUCTOR
Instructor price: 2,000 Kč/day
The instructor must be booked at least one month before arrival; capacity is limited!
- 1 instructor per 10 children
- 2× 2 teaching hours (2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon)
- the instructor provides ski instruction only
BENEFITS AND FREE SERVICES:

- For every 10 pupils, 1 instructor’s ski pass is FREE.
- Alternating ski pass variant – allows two pupils or students to alternate.
- Ski equipment depot for the whole group at the Hořec Centre FREE (reservation required)
- Skating for the whole group FREE (once per stay, reservation required)
- Slalom slope (must be ordered in advance) FREE
- “Races” service FREE (pre-printed diplomas, loan of slalom poles and race bibs, or the option to use the slalom slope). Award ceremony possible in the cinema hall at the Hořec Centre.
- Cinema hall rental – possibility to rent the hall with any film selection; price depends on the number of pupils and the selected film/content (must be booked and agreed in advance)

CONDITIONS:
- Min. 10 pupils.
- The school must be accommodated with a Resort Partner
- Reservation includes consent to the terms & conditions and non-transferability of ski passes. In case of misuse, ski passes of the entire group will be blocked. Not applicable to the alternating pass.
ATTENTION!
- Even if the number of persons changes after the invoice is paid, the amount for those who do not attend will be refunded.
- When booking, the number of persons is indicative; 7 days before arrival you will be asked to confirm the final number and an invoice will be issued. A change in the number of persons after payment is also possible. You will only pay for the persons who actually attend.
- Refunds are processed via a claim. This cannot be handled at the resort ticket offices. Only via the claim form on our website www.skimu.cz
- Payment for the trip is possible only by bank transfer; after payment you will receive the final order with a QR code to collect chip cards (ski passes), instructions for collecting ski equipment and information on cooperation with the instructor.
HOW TO DO IT?
- Ordering “Ski Trip Without Worries” is done online at eshop.skimu.cz
ORDER PROCEDURE:
- Create an account in our e-shop eshop.skimu.cz (if you don’t have one from last year)
- Fill in the order form
- Complete the order
- A proforma invoice for 5,000 Kč will be issued
- 7 days before arrival in our e-shop
- Confirm the number of persons in your order and then you’ll receive the invoice for payment.
- Send the list of students (to info@skimu.cz)
- After payment you will receive a QR code to collect the chip cards and instructions on how to pick up the ski equipment and information for lessons with the instructor (if you ordered these services).
- Change in number of pupils on the arrival day
- You pay for the actual number of pupils/students!
- Even if the number changes, you can submit a claim via the claim form; a credit note will be issued and the amount for the ordered services will be refunded to your account.
- Claims cannot be handled at the resort ticket offices.
