Resort map

Pomezky area

  • Bottom station of the lift at 1,050 m a.s.l.
  • Guaranteed quality snow throughout the season – automatic snowmaking
  • Restaurant right on the slope (Skimu House)
  • Children’s Skimu Park with covered carpet lift (75 m, next to Centrum Hořec)

The Pomezky area has a lift and a slope divided into an upper part, with difficulty similar to a red run, and a lower part, corresponding to a blue run. The bottom station of the Pomezky lift is located at 1,050 m a.s.l., making it one of the highest ski slopes in the Czech Republic. The high altitude and automatic snowmaking systems guarantee good snow cover throughout the season.

Near Centrum Hořec and the Pomezky slope you will find the children’s Skimu Park with a variety of aids for teaching children to ski, now with an extended covered carpet lift (75 m). The Pomezky 1000 slope and the slope in the Skimu Park are fully covered by automatic snow guns. Directly on the slope there is Skimu House, a restaurant and après-ski bar for tired skiers. The largely glazed building offers a direct view of the entire slope, and the indoor and outdoor seating can accommodate up to 110 guests.

Below the slope you will find the accommodation and sports centre Apartmány Sport, open daily from 9:00 to 21:00. When you buy a one-day or multi-day ski pass, you get significant discounts on the sports facilities of the Sport Centre (badminton, tennis, ricochet). Additional benefits for guests staying in Malá Úpa come with the Skimu Pack service package.

Resort connection

On skis across the entire resort!

The interconnection between the areas brings many benefits:

  • Reduced traffic into the historic centre of Malá Úpa – the main road to Moravanka is much more pleasant for pedestrians.
  • Skiing has become even more enjoyable thanks to the connection. We admit that some sections are technically more demanding, but it means everyone can practice more skiing skills.
  • Some chalets in the Černá voda valley are now even more attractive as accommodation – SKI IN SKI OUT – open the chalet door and step straight into your skis, every skier’s dream.
  • The connection has created new slopes – Rennerovka, Kolbenka and Trautenberk – all of which are fully snow-covered.
